The Weinstein Company and WT2

The Weinstein Company (TWC) is an American film studio founded by Bob and Harvey Weinstein in 2005 after the brothers left the then-Disney-owned Miramax Films, which they had co-founded in 1979. They retained ownership of the Dimension Films label of Miramax.
They have around 200 employees and they are situated in New York City. TWC work with UK distributors like Momentum Pictures, Entertainment Film Distributors and Pathé.
Weinstein have also helped to produce some well known films such as - Rambo, Nine, The Fighter, The King's Speech and I Don't Know How She Does It.
I like the idea of using Weinstein as part of my producers due to the fact they can help distribute the film within America but also they have great connections and have produced many great blockbuster films.

Working Title 2 Productions was launched in 1999 by Bevan and Fellner, commonly known as WT2. The company is an independent film production arm run by Natascha Wharton, and it has produced films that include Billy ElliotShaun of the Dead, Ali G Indahouse and The Calcium Kid. It is a subsidiary company of Working Title which is also a very popular for its productions like Senna, Johnny English, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy and many more.
I would also use  due to the fact that they work with independent films as well as commercial but it would be the right stepping stone to take if they were to help produce The Final Ceremony. They also have great connections and have worked with many british films. The film needs that because if we consider Weinstein also, then there is an anglo-american target audience which is what we want to achieve.
